A few easy steps:
One
First we meet with you and carry out
a full inspection of the premises and make an assessment of what's required.
Two
We then put together a proposal
and estimate based on our experience,
the specs of the building, what we've viewed and what we believe will be required in terms of time, manpower, resources and material.
Three
We then used this completed estimate
as on ongoing "terms of reference" agreement that both parties can refer
to as the relationship progresses.
